Lauren was born into genuine southern hospitality in Tennessee where her mother, Fara, gifted her and her brother a fun and comfort filled Easter basket each Spring. After Lauren moved to sunny Southern California after college, this tradition became more of a care package that was very much looked forward to! Lauren has since continued to spread joy with her more conscious way of gift giving, starting Fara’s Flock in 2020, specializing in care packages and vintage clothing + objects.

Lauren also offers professional organizing + interior design services. She helps others detach from their belongings. Visual clutter is mental clutter.
